Basic Flow ®

Experience the calming and revitalizing benefits of moving, breath-based meditation and learn how to practice TRADITIONAL ASHTANGA YOGA IN A GENTLE AND HOLISTIC WAY.

Here’s what you can expect…

In this class, you will go back to basics and learn how to access a deeper, more restorative state of the Ashtanga yoga practice. Through the use of the Ashtanga count, you will learn to move with a rhythmic flow. Slower than a traditional led class, the sequence will be adapted to suit your body – PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS OR THOSE RETAKING THEIR ASHTANGA PRACTICE AFTER SOME TIME.

No matter your level of yoga experience, your personalized yoga class is DESIGNED TO MEET YOUR INDIVIDUAL GOALS AND NEEDS. Together we’ll create a practice that is just right for you.

We are dedicated to being present with you and understanding what you need. With gentle adjustments to your postures and breathing patterns, you will be guided to a deeper understanding of your practice. 

THIS CLASS IS ALSO GREAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO LEARN THE ASHTANGA SEQUENCES IN DETAIL BEFORE JOINING A GROUP CLASS confidently and comfortably.
